Open Group → Notes to start a note with a title and some words. Ordinary shared notes are included on Free.
Choose whether everyone who can contribute can edit it, or only you. “Just me” controls who can edit; the note is still visible to your group. Other people can reply without rewriting the note.
The body saves as you write. If someone else has changed it while you were editing, check the latest version before continuing so you do not overwrite their words. You can pin up to two notes for the group.
Notes can also sit on an event. For a recipe, tradition or something you want to keep returning to, use What we know.
