The group owner can open Group settings → Recurring check-in to choose a prompt and how often it comes around. The first round opens when the check-in starts.
When a round is open, people can share a moment in response. Choose something easy to answer, such as a photo from the week or something that made you smile.
The owner can change or remove the check-in in Group settings. Removing it stops future rounds; everything already shared stays in the group.
